Midtown Garden District · Atlanta
Eleven apartments in a restored Midtown landmark — original millwork and curved bay windows, rebuilt from the studs in 2023. Groceries two blocks south, Piedmont Park a walk up the avenue.
799 Piedmont Ave NE
Atlanta, GA 30308The Building
799 Piedmont has stood in the Garden District since 1958 — the curved corner tower, paneled masonry, and tall windows give it a presence you don't see in most Midtown buildings its age. In 2023, it was taken back to the studs and rebuilt.
What came out of that renovation is unusual: brand-new systems and finishes inside a building that kept its original character. Glass doorknobs and five-panel doors were kept. Crown molding was restored, not replaced. The curved walls of the tower units are exactly where they have always been.
