The Building

Built in 1958,
renewed for now

799 Piedmont has stood in the Garden District since 1958 — the curved corner tower, paneled masonry, and tall windows give it a presence you don't see in most Midtown buildings its age. In 2023, it was taken back to the studs and rebuilt.

What came out of that renovation is unusual: brand-new systems and finishes inside a building that kept its original character. Glass doorknobs and five-panel doors were kept. Crown molding was restored, not replaced. The curved walls of the tower units are exactly where they have always been.

  • In-unit washer & dryer — every home

  • Granite counters & shaker cabinetry
  • Central HVAC — every home
  • Original millwork & glass hardware
  • Free off-street parking on site
